Last week we set our members old and new, as well as the wider theatrical world, the challenge of sending us their best worst efforts at a self-taped audition. The art of the self-tape is a tricky one, with the line between professional and prat about as thin as a Covid-19 molecule.
We had some truly spectacular submissions, and some spectacularly bad ones. There were even some we weren't quite sure were meant to be taken as serious auditions or not.
